Download the Cabalot Driver app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your phone number and upload a photo of your Hackney Carriage driver badge. We'll verify your credentials and activate your account, usually within 24-48 hours.

Most accounts are verified within 24-48 hours. If we need additional information, we'll contact you via the app or by phone.
Cabalot costs £20 per month. There's no commission on cash or card terminal payments, you keep 100%. For in-app payments, we take 5% to cover payment processing and platform costs.
In-app payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Your earnings are automatically deposited to your linked bank account. You can track all your earnings in the app.
Yes! Unlike other apps, Cabalot allows you to accept cash, your own card terminal, or in-app payments. You choose what works for you. Cash and card terminal payments are 100% yours, we don't take any commission.
You can manage your subscription in the app under Settings > Subscription. You can update your payment method or cancel at any time.

Job availability varies by time of day and location. If you've checked all the above and still aren't receiving jobs, please contact support.
Cabalot uses your phone's default maps app for navigation. Make sure you have Google Maps (Android) or Apple Maps (iOS) installed and updated. You can also use other navigation apps like Waze if preferred.
Go to Settings > Vehicle in the app to update your vehicle details. If you've changed vehicles, you'll need to upload a photo of your new vehicle plate for verification.
Once you've renewed your Hackney Carriage badge, upload a photo of the new badge in the app under Settings > Documents. We'll verify it and update your account.
You can request account deletion by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting our support team. Please note that any pending earnings will be paid out before the account is closed.
